Follow in the footsteps of nine iconic UG women

From Aletta Jacobs enrolling in 1871 to Tine Tammes’ start as professor in 1919: there are plenty of stories about women at the UG. Historians Sanne Meijer and Iris van den Brand put together a city walk where you follow in the footsteps of nine of the ‘first women’ at the university. Meijer gave UKrant a personal tour.
