This week, the UG is focusing on diversity, with numerous events. The Faculty of Science and Engineering also participated with a ‘Living Library.’ On Tuesday, visitors had the opportunity to engage in conversations with a ‘living book,’ someone who shares their own life or experiences. In this case, for example, a transgender person, a Ukrainian refugee, or someone in a wheelchair. UKrant participated in a conversation with Jake, whose book title is ‘gay educator.’
