Study rooms open to students who take speed test

Small study rooms will be available in the former public library as of this week to a maximum of five students. Anyone who wants to use them will first have to take a speed test.

The UG is using the reopening to investigate the extent to which students are willing to be tested for extracurricular activities on campus. In the former library in the Oude Boteringestraat, students can quiz each other on exams, work together on study projects, or take exam training.

Those who want to make use of a room have to reserve it in advance. One student can book for a whole group, but all students will have to take a corona test.

It’s not yet clear how long the pilot will last.
