Gyas rowers beat ferry

They did it! On Sunday, four Gyas rowers won a race against the ferry from Lauwersoog to Schiermonnikoog.  The sea was perfectly smooth and the guys beat the boat by two minutes. The proceeds from the race went to the Lung Fund.

The guys – Just van den Endt, Geert Hemminga, Nanne Sluis, and Koen Luppes – have collected almost 5,000 euros so far. They are still accepting donations.
