The 45th Gyas-Hunze race took place last weekend. This national rowing competition through the Groningen canals marks the opening of the rowing season for competition crews. Gyas was finally able to organise the race again because the Covid restrictions have lifted. More than 1,500 competitors from all over the country participated.
